Cutting Line

DOUBLE GLAZING LINE (WITH AUTOMATIC GAS FILLING)

Insulated glass units, also known as IGUs or double-glazed glass, use two or more glass panes separated by a spacer.

Two or more glass panes separated by an aluminium spacer, with the cavity filled with air or gas to improve building performance. This helps enhance thermal insulation, reduce noise transmission, and support better energy efficiency.

Suitable for applications where comfort, insulation, and performance are important.

LAMINATION LINE

Laminated glass is produced by bonding two or more layers of glass with an interlayer material. This improves safety, security, and impact resistance by helping hold the glass together if broken, reducing the risk of injury from loose fragments and improving overall protection.

Laminated glass is suitable for applications where additional safety and security are required, including balustrades, skylights, partitions, facades, shopfronts, doors, windows, and selected automotive applications.

CNC Glass Processing

Using advanced Computer Numerical Control technology, glass can be shaped, cut, drilled, and processed with high accuracy to meet specific project requirements. CNC processing is suitable for complex designs, custom openings, hardware cut-outs, and detailed architectural glass applications.

Bullet-Resisntant Glass

BRG / Ballistic Glass

Bullet-resistant glass, also known as ballistic glass or BRG, is made from multiple transparent layers of glass and protective interlayers bonded together to help resist penetration from ballistic impact.

It is suitable for security-sensitive applications such as jewellery stores, embassies, banks, villas, palaces, museums, military vehicles, and VIP vehicles.
